“Finding the right therapist for you is essential for treatment to be effective. I specialize in individual therapy and counseling (ages 13-60) for depression and anxiety and have practiced therapy for the past 16 years. I view the therapy process as a collaborative one. My approach is practical, straightforward, solution- focused and nonjudgmental. Other issues/concerns addressed on a regular basis include: improving self-esteem, assertiveness, communication skills, and stress management.

By utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Interpersonal therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy, my goal is to help alleviate troublesome symptoms, improve interpersonal relationships and resolve issues as quickly as feasibly possible, while being able to practice skills outside of the therapy session.
