“I provide counseling and psychotherapy for adults in both individual and couple formats. A client's symptoms may include anxiety, depression, anger or disruptive behaviors. I look for the issue or event that is causing the symptoms. I believe people grow and develop throughout their life. We grow by experiencing life and adapting. Sometimes though, what was learned in the past doesn't work "now." In counseling, I create a safe place where clients can share their concerns and explore solutions to make their life better.

I use therapies based on psychodynamics. Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)is clinically proven for treating depression. Binder's Brief Dynamic Psychotherapy is effective for a broad range of issues. We explore interpersonal situations for patterns that don't work, understand the patterns, then change the patterns to ones that do work.
