Much of my life's enjoyment comes from helping people live happier, more fulfilling lives. I have been providing psychotherapy and counseling since 1987 and coaching since 2003. I integrate various traditions: Positive Psychotherapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Person-Centered, Cognitive, Behavioral, Gestalt, Jungian, and Solution-oriented Counseling, and Life Coaching.
