This group is for people who struggle with addictions and obsessive thinking in regards to love, relationship, and sex. We work on identifying the origins of the addictions or obsessive thoughts and how they are manifesting in your life, and how to begin to be free of them.
Every other Saturday at 1pm - 2pm
$20 - $30 per session
This group is for those that suffer from chronic pain, disease, or illness and want to move forward with their life despite the pain. We also learn many ways to decrease and manage pain. This is an up beat group with positive people on the move.
First Monday, Saturday at 4:30pm - 5:30pm
$20 - $30 per session
This group is for the teenager who is feeling alone and misunderstood. Perhaps needing a place to feel connected and have a sense of purpose. We learn coping skills for anxiety, depression, and stress. We also focus on the challenges of being a teenager today with all of the temptations of drugs, alcohol, sex and of course "the net"
