As a Marriage & Family Therapist I specialize in depression & relationship therapy. My treatment approach is client centered & geared towards working "with you", & loved ones if so requested. We will develop a plan together that involves psychotherapy & treatment goals built around activities, places & things you and your loved one's enjoy. I am always honored to be a part of a person's or couple's journey towards increased health and mental wellness. Nothing is more rewarding to me than helping someone uncover happiness. I am from Kailua, & have over 27 years of experience working directly with people recovering from mild/severe depression & other emotional situations.
Support, encouragement and education are my main focus in your personal treatment. We can work together to discover "from where" the problem stems, and develop a unique/personalized plan to help you recognize symptoms & triggers to these symptoms, so that you can gain insight, get healthier & maintain happiness in your life and in your relationships.

AAMFT Approved Post Master's Supervision Group
I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and provide MFT supervision, for those who have earned their MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, but need to fulfill the supervision hours necessary to apply to take the State of Hawaii MFT licensing exam. Please call for more information. Interview will take place before being able to join the group.
