Groups
Survive & Thrive Resilience Workshops 7-9th Grade
4-week workshop series for pre-teens and early teens along with their parents to develop resilience toolbox skills for handling challenges with school, peers, social media, and self-esteem. Workshop students work on these skills while parents learn about the topics separately. At the end, they come together to do a hands-on topic-related activity to increase insight and connection. Led by Alora Barrera, LMFT and Victoria Halote, LCSW who specialize in working with this age group and their parents.
