“Keeping the clients needs and objectives is of paramount importance in my therapeutic technique. My mode of therapy is a cognitive-behavioral approach, providing options and the tools necessary to make immediate changes in clients(s) lives. Concurrently, while working on modifying the client(s) problematic issues, I focus on building upon their existing strengths, a powerful resource for producing change. Client(s) are taught to recognize the cues and triggers, that formerly disrupted their lives, and then given assignments formulated to attain their goals. I have had extensive training in communications, couples therapy, mediation, substance abuse, domestic violence/anger control and hypnotherapy.”
