“My training as a healer began with my own in-depth psychotherapy. Subsequently,I have worked with adults, teens and kids in the areas of substance and sexual abuse,depression and anxiety, fear and grief.I attended a six months professional training program in DreamTending at Pacifica Graduate Institute where I deepened my understanding of archetypal medicine and indigenous methods of healing through the use of dreams and all that surrounds us in the natural world. People come to therapy seeking a deeper, more satisfying life. My approach is holistic, helping my clients integrate mind, body and spirit.

I believe the relationship between myself and my client provides the foundation for healing, and will use whatever tools necessary to aid in that process (music, poetry, books, art, dreamwork, nature, sandplay) so that they may access the wisdom within themselves and find peace.

I am a spiritual guide. Underneath the depression, the anxiety,& the addictions are the questions WHO AM I? WHAT IS THE MEANING OF (MY) LIFE? WHERE IS LOVE TO BE FOUND? I address the symptoms of one's dis-ease in the context of the needs of the soul.”
