“I believe we must each travel our own path to heal and reach a state of well being. My role is to assist you on your journey. I have 20+ years of training in various treatment methods and have traveled my own healing path so I feel competent and able to offer the type of assistance that will best work for you. I am certified in Bioenergetic Psychotherapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Imago Couples Therapy and EMDR. I am a member of a Playback Improvisational theater group, I dance and do yoga so being alive and energetic is a personal commitment.

We come into our adult lives with beliefs, wounds, gifts and talents. Bioenergetics is a body oriented psychotherapy that enhances the therapy by including the body in the healing work. Expressive Arts utilizes our creative wisdom to inform us. You don't need to be an artist to be expressive.

The most important factor in choosing a therapist is the amount of resonance you feel. I truly believe that the relationship you establish with your therapist is what enhances the healing.
