“Would you like to make room in your life for joy, confidence and love? I assist you in uncovering your own heart's needs, removing familiar blocks to your authentic self. We'll work together to reveal new strengths, make decisions based on your truth and move beyond pain into growth. I utilize a developmental, humanistic approach, integrating my psychotherapy training. My desire is to be available to adults and children to assist them in opening doors they have been unable to open alone, helping them assimilate difficult material at their own pace.

I am particularly skilled in my use of EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) while working with adults and children who are overcoming trauma, anxiety, divorce or relationship issues. As a Registered Play Therapist, I also like working with children age 3 and older utilizing play, sand tray and art therapy.

I believe that clients have the innate wisdom to direct their lives. I see my role as a guide, helping clients find their way to their own truth.”
