I try to focus on each person as an individual and not as a diagnosis. Appointments are a minimum of 30 minutes in length and confidentiality is highly regarded. I utilize psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as supportive therapy, and have specialized training in Exposure and Ritual Prevention Therapy for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
