“My goal is to assist clients to improve the quality of their life. I believe in providing support and aceptance, so people can feel safe sharing their problems and stresses. I am familiar with the effects of low self esteem and stress and hope to assist clients in finding tools to feel better, so they can lead their "best" life. My areas of interest include Intimate Partner Abuse, Parenting Issues, and Life Changes.

I would like to help clients re-frame their challenges, and train themselves to use their strengths to their own benefit. By providing support and acceptance, clients are able to evaluate their lives in a safe environment.

I am an open minded, honest person committed to working with each client. I am able to offer clients flexibility, and convenient location so they can fit therapy into their busy lives. I am focused on helping you with your goals, so that you can learn to enjoy your life.”
