“I view therapy as a collaborative process, and work to create a safe, supportive environment where you can share your experience. I work with adults, adolescents, and children on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, life transitions, family and other relationship dynamics, workplace/ cultural change, and effective communication.

With adults, I work with the client to explore the past and present in order to increase understanding and facilitate change. Getting in touch with different parts of your self and discovering inner strengths can facilitate personal growth, improve relationships, and provide space for more options and choices.

With children I also listen for concerns/anxiety. Play can help children identify and work through difficult feelings, thoughts, and behaviors in a safe environment. I engage parents in a systems approach to therapy while keeping my primary focus on creating and maintaining a therapeutic alliance with the child.”
