My own life experience as survivor of both the death of a child and cancer has deepened my understanding and commitment to finding/creating/utilizing the best and most effective ways of healing the whole self.

I draw from many modalities to assist you toward your own healing. My training includes EMDR, hypnosis, Thought Field Therapy, Psych-K and other tools and techniques enhancing a cognitive-behavioral approach.”
