“Finding the right therapist can be tricky business. It's all in the match. Honest, clearly communicated feedback, compassion for your difficulties, sound clinical skills and well over 16 years of clinical experience dealing with depression, anxiety, social isolation, grief/loss, relationship problems, work issues and co-occurring medical/emotional conditions are what I have to offer you. Our work will consist of exploring your therapeutic goals, working to understand how you're current and past experiences are impacting your life then practicing changes that will move you forward. We will be a team.

I am interactive, informative and patient with my clients. My clinical orientation is a blend of Psychodynamics, Object Relations and Family Systems Theory. Though I see most of my clients in my office, I sometimes see homebound clients in their homes due to my specialty in co-occurring medical/emotional conditions.

I am proficient in American Sign Language, have a solid background with varied disabilities, medical conditions, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and trauma recovery. My office is wheelchair accessible and I am available for home visits. Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.”
