“I can help you. My Master's degree and Ph.D. are both in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am well trained and well suited to work on any type of relationship issue. I also enjoy working with people suffering with Depression and/or Anxiety. Because I can relate to them, I have found many effective tools with which to help my clients. My training and experience encourages me to see psychological difficulties as products of our relationships and contexts rather than pathology that exists inside an individual. I do appropriate consultation with physicians and psychiatrists when needed.

I have three specialities: Marriage, Partner, and Family relationships, Depression, and Anxiety. I have training and personal experience in all three areas, which make me easily accessible to most clients. Many are happy to refer me to people they care about.

My interest in working with clients with Depression and Anxiety comes from my personal struggle with both. I sought therapy for these disorders in 1990. Four years later I returned to graduate school for my Master's and Ph.D. so that I could help others.”
