My focus is with men’s issues around masculinity, purpose, codependency, anger, self-esteem, parenting and relationships. I utilize Psychodynamic & Attachment-Focused therapy to focus on how your history impacts your current relationships. I use Narrative Therapy to help you reauthor old, rigid, and negative stories that make you feel stuck. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to establish new patterns of thinking, feeling & behaving that result in more positive outcomes.
